I am a user experience researcher and designer with years of experience conducting usability tests both in group and individual settings. My work has consisted of contract work for two major technology companies, a state agency, universities, hospitals, and education.
My strengths are uncover user and stakeholder needs and create experiences that assist in meeting these needs. I follow an agile process that begins with listening to all users and stakeholders. Then I apply user research and design best practices to ensure the project stays on track while meeting user and stakeholder needs.
